The Human Capital activity is an integral part of Deloitte Consulting, which has over 1,500 consultants in France.

New technologies, evolving markets, and a demanding regulatory environment are transforming factors for organizations and people.

Consultants in the HR Transformation Human Capital teams support Human Resources departments in implementing their transformation plans, from strategy to execution.

You will remotely assist our clients and front-office teams in all phases of an implementation project: requirements gathering, configuration, workbook writing, testing, data migration, change readiness, etc.

You will be trained in our methodologies and will have the opportunity to work within multidisciplinary and international teams.
