A stimulating opportunity awaits you within a major company in the Oil/Gas sector, located in Casablanca. As a Brand Manager for the energy sector, you will be at the heart of the marketing strategy, contributing directly to the growth and visibility of our brand.




The main goal is to develop and implement a complete and effective marketing strategy to strengthen the company's presence and brand image in the energy market. This will involve increasing brand awareness, preference, and customer loyalty, by aligning all marketing initiatives with the company's overall strategy. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our marketing campaign performance, by rigorously monitoring key indicators and adapting our actions based on the results obtained. Finally, a key objective is to ensure perfect coherence and synergy between all marketing actions undertaken.




Your responsibilities will be varied and stimulating. You will be in charge of designing and implementing complete marketing plans, integrating digital communication actions, advertising campaigns, public relations, and events.






  • Market and Competition Analysis: Conduct competitive intelligence and in-depth analysis of the energy market to identify opportunities and threats.


  • Brand Strategy Development: Define and update the company's brand strategy in line with development and innovation objectives.


  • Marketing Project Management: Manage budgets, schedules, and teams to ensure the success of our campaigns.


  • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with sales, communication, and other internal departments to ensure overall consistency of marketing actions.


  • Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze the results of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports to management.




Required profile :

To succeed in this role, it is essential to have at least a Master's degree (Bac +5 or higher) with a specialization in Marketing. In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, communication techniques, and branding strategies will be highly appreciated.




We are looking for a candidate with 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the energy sector or a related field. It is important to have concrete experience in marketing project management, campaign planning, and performance indicator tracking.
