As a major player in real estate in Morocco, we are constantly looking for passionate talents to enrich our teams. Today, we are recruiting a Regional Sales Director, capable of carrying our ambitions in the Rabat region.
Your role will be to:
• Develop the Group's commercial activity in the Marrakech region by identifying new opportunities and retaining existing customers.
• Supervise, lead, and motivate sales teams to meet and exceed set objectives.
• Ensure rigorous monitoring of sales performance, analyze results, and implement corrective actions if necessary.
• Participate in the development of the regional commercial strategy and ensure its proper implementation.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and excellent service quality.
Required profile :
• You have confirmed experience, ideally in the real estate sector, of at least 10 years
• You have solid experience in commercial development and team management.
• You are a leader with excellent relational, negotiation, and communication skills.
• You are autonomous, rigorous, and results-oriented.
