As part of our business development, Moore Casablanca wishes to strengthen its legal team by recruiting motivated interns, ready to provide real support to the legal department while benefiting from practical and supervised training, with prospects for development.
Location: Casablanca
Internship duration: 3 to 6 months
Type: Pre-employment internship
Main tasks:
- Provide operational support to the legal department.
- Participate in the legal management of companies (creation, modification, dissolution).
- Contribute to drafting and updating legal documents: articles of association, minutes, agreements, contracts.
- Assist in ongoing legal monitoring (legal secretarial tasks, legal formalities).
- Participate in legal and regulatory watch.
- Work on corporate cases and exceptional operations, under supervision.
Required profile :
Studying Business Law / Company Law.
Internship or first experience in corporate law is a plus.
Good knowledge of Moroccan company law.
Motivation, rigor, sense of confidentiality, and ability to learn.
Good level of French; English is an asset.
