As a pre-sales service consultant, your mission will be to address our clients' requests and develop IT managed service catalog offers from start to finish, in collaboration with sales teams and various technical departments.

Here is a glimpse of your daily work:

• Support and assist the sales force during visits to prospects, trade shows, etc.


• Develop technical, functional, and organizational proposals to meet client needs (tenders/RFPs).


• Conduct feasibility studies to assess the relevance of the company positioning on a project.


• Ensure a clear understanding of client needs and requirements.


• Assist the client in writing the specifications.


• Propose the ideal organizational structure and cost structure.


• Coordinate the involvement of our service providers/partners who would be solicited to meet all client needs.


• Manage the financial engineering of the project, commitments, and penalties in agreement with the relevant departments.


• Ensure knowledge transfer of the offer (context, commitments, financial engineering).


• Present the proposal and pricing conditions to the technical teams to ensure consistency in the execution of won projects.


• Keep various reporting tools (history, forecast, etc.) regularly updated.


• Technological watch on the evolution of solutions offered by publishers/manufacturers.


• Manage ad-hoc managed service projects assigned to you by your management.

Graduated from an engineering school or equivalent.
You have successful experience in developing and marketing IT products/services for B2B clients, enabling you to quickly master the Intelcia IT Solutions offer and understand its environment.
You have a perfect command of long sales cycle methods and possess the necessary tenacity and endurance to succeed.
Your technical knowledge and listening skills allow you to communicate with all types of stakeholders.
Experience in IT service management (Security, Unified Communications, Networks, Cloud) is mandatory; knowledge of application development is a plus.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Experience in Cloud / Systems.
An AZURE, AWS certification (or equivalent),
Application development (Front & Back end, Fullstack, Android/IOS).
