As part of its expansion, my client, a dynamic company specializing in the rental and sale of hybrid and electric vehicles for professional drivers, is looking for a motivated and organized Sales Development Representative (SDR).
Main tasks:
- Contact qualified prospects (BtoB or BtoC) via outbound calls using provided leads
- Identify customer needs, present products or services, and generate interest
- Schedule qualified appointments for sales representatives or close direct sales depending on the model
- Track and update customer information in the CRM
- Ensure rigorous follow-up of leads: calls, emails, SMS
- Achieve daily targets for the number of calls and honored appointments
Required profile :
- Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree (2 or 3 years of higher education)
- Excellent oral communication skills in French
- Proven experience in outbound calling (call centers, commercial prospecting, telesales, etc.)
- Enjoy challenges, good listening and persuasion skills
- Comfortable with computer tools and CRMs
- Autonomous, rigorous, and goal-oriented
