Our client, a recognized player in the automotive sector, is looking for a General Management Assistant to support the General Manager in the daily management and strategic missions of the company.
Main tasks:
- Manage the schedule and organize the travel of the General Manager.
- Prepare, follow up, and archive files, correspondence, and reports.
- Ensure coordination between different departments, and with external partners.
- Participate in meeting preparation and write minutes, ensuring follow-up of decisions.
- Manage communications (emails, phone calls) with professionalism and discretion.
- Contribute to special projects and administrative tasks assigned by Management.
Required profile :
- Education: Minimum Bac+2 (Associate's degree or equivalent) in secretarial studies, management, or a similar field.
- Experience: Proven experience in executive assistance, ideally in the automotive or industrial sector.
- Excellent organization and ability to manage priorities
- Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Rigor, discretion, and a sense of confidentiality
- Excellent command of French (oral and written); knowledge of English is a plus
