Position: HSE Officer

MISSIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure the implementation, monitoring, and improvement of the HSE management system on site to guarantee the safety of personnel, regulatory compliance, and environmental protection.
Main responsibilities:
- Implement and enforce company HSE policies.
- Identify hazards, assess risks, and propose appropriate preventive measures.
- Conduct HSE training and awareness sessions for staff and subcontractors.
- Perform HSE inspections, internal audits, and periodic reports.
- Participate in the analysis of incidents, accidents, and dangerous situations, and ensure the follow-up of corrective actions.
- Verify the compliance of equipment, products, and facilities with current regulations.
- Manage HSE documentation: procedures, safety data sheets, registers, reports, etc.
- Contribute to the preparation and management of emergency situations (fire, spill, etc.).
- Monitor HSE performance indicators and propose areas for continuous improvement.
