Reporting to the IT Manager and as IT & Digital Projects Manager, you will lead the team responsible for managing and carrying out the company's IT projects. You will play a key role in the planning, execution, and successful delivery of IT initiatives, thus contributing to the achievement of organizational objectives.

Your missions:

• Development of the IT project roadmap:
- Identify the needs of the company and stakeholders to define IT project priorities
- Develop the roadmap and strategically plan IT projects, aligning objectives with the company's overall vision
- Organize projects according to their priority and interdependence, by creating a detailed roadmap.
- Carry out pre-project stages (Business case, ROI, etc.) to help with arbitration and decision-making.
• IT project supervision:
- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of project managers, business analysts, analysts, and developers to ensure the achievement of objectives.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (AXA Services Maroc IT, AXA GO, Group, etc.) to understand business needs and translate these requirements into successful IT projects.
- Ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards defined for each project.
• IT project monitoring:
- Develop an adapted project management framework (Project management method) and supervise its compliance.
- Define the necessary budget for the execution of IT projects, ensure its monitoring, and report to Management.
- Build and maintain dashboards and KPIs for the project portfolio.
• Team Management
- Manage your team on a daily basis: Conduct team meetings, manage conflicts, respond to various requests, monitor attendance, etc.
- Track performance indicators, set objectives (monthly/annual), and conduct evaluation interviews (monthly/annual) for your team.
- Ensure the support and skill development of your employees and identify their training needs.
- Unite and motivate your team while deploying actions to maintain team cohesion and ensure a favorable work environment.
