Job Offer – HR Officer (Payroll & Personnel Administration Specialist)

We are recruiting for our client, a major player in the pharmaceutical and paramedical sector, an HR Officer who is perfectly proficient in payroll using SAGE and in personnel administration.
Main responsibilities:
- Ensure complete payroll processing using SAGE: collect variable data, check, print, and verify payslips.
- Manage personnel administration: contracts, amendments, employee files, certificates, absences, and leave.
- Handle CNSS, AMO, CIMR, and mutual insurance enrollments and terminations.
- Manage monthly and annual social declarations (CNSS, AMO, IR).
- Ensure legal compliance according to the Labor Code.
- Follow disciplinary cases and apply HR procedures.
- Prepare monthly HR reports.
- Provide support to managers and employees.
Required profile :
Profile sought:
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) / Master's degree (Bac+5) in HR Management or equivalent.
- Proven experience of at least 2 to 3 years in payroll and personnel administration.
- Mandatory proficiency in SAGE Payroll software.
- Good knowledge of Moroccan Labor Law and social obligations.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or paramedical sector is a plus.
- Organized, rigorous, autonomous, and discreet.
