We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Coordinator to support our store teams on various HR topics and contribute to the good administrative and social management of employees.
Your main tasks:
- Manage employee administrative files and contracts.
- Ensure relations with social organizations and insurance companies.
- Monitor training attendance and schedule management.
- Extract, validate, and check employee time tracking.
- Participate in monitoring HR indicators (payroll, leave, anomalies, etc.).
Required profile :
Profile sought:
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Management or Human Resources.
- Beginners accepted, previous experience in HR administration is a plus.
- Good knowledge of labor law.
- Organizational skills, rigor, and ability to communicate effectively.
