Your main role will be to provide essential administrative and technical support for the smooth running of our commercial operations. This involves facilitating communication between our clients, technical teams, and management, while ensuring optimal responsiveness and efficiency. You will be the key link that streamlines processes, anticipates needs, and contributes to our partners' satisfaction. The goal is to position you as a pillar of our service, capable of managing the different aspects of your mission with autonomy and professionalism, thereby directly contributing to achieving commercial objectives and enhancing our company's reputation.



Your duties will be varied and rewarding, covering both commercial and technical aspects:



  • Manage incoming phone calls and emails, providing initial support and efficient redirection to the appropriate contacts.
  • Organize and schedule appointments, travel, and meetings for the sales and technical teams.
  • Prepare client files, commercial proposals, and contracts, ensuring their completeness and compliance.
  • Follow up on client files, from order taking to delivery and after-sales service, in collaboration with the relevant teams.
  • Contribute to the administrative management of sales, including invoicing, payment tracking, and handling minor disputes.
  • Participate in updating client databases and sales tracking tools.
  • Provide occasional technical support by relaying necessary information to teams and ensuring clear communication with clients regarding product specifics.
  • Manage office supplies and other logistical needs to ensure the smooth daily operation of departments.
  • Collaborate closely with various departments (logistics, finance, after-sales service) to ensure smooth coordination.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of administrative and commercial processes.

Required profile :

To excel in this role, a Bac +2 level of education is required. A background in areas such as Executive Assistant, General Services, or specializations related to Healthcare or Social Work would be a significant asset. This knowledge base will allow you to quickly understand the challenges of our sector and grasp the technical and commercial specificities of our products.



We are looking for someone with professional experience between 1 and 5 years. This period should ideally have been dedicated to similar roles where versatility, organization, and customer service were paramount. Experience in the medical equipment sector would be a valuable plus, but is not exclusive. What we value above all is your ability to adapt, learn quickly, and demonstrate real commitment to the tasks assigned.

  • Flawless organization and excellent prioritization skills.
  • High level of accuracy in handling information and files.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in French and ideally in Arabic.

  • Proficiency in using computer tools, especially the Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
  • High level of versatility and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Aptitude for problem-solving and proactivity in finding solutions.
  • Curiosity about the field of medical equipment and an interest in learning its technical specifics.
