Job :
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
• Advising and supporting clients throughout the purchase process,
• Providing after-sales service to clients,
• Ensuring regular reporting,
• Actively prospecting the area,
• Developing and retaining the client portfolio,
• Identifying market changes and new commercial targets to prospect.
Required profile :
• Graduated in Commerce, Marketing, or Business Management, you have proven experience in selling real estate properties;
• You know the real estate market in the specified area;
• You have mastered sales techniques and the financial management of mortgage applications;
• You have excellent interpersonal skills;
• A good communicator, persuasive, honest, you have a strong desire for sales and achieving significant commercial objectives;
• Experience in direct sales is a plus (Sector: Automotive / Real Estate).
