Your roles:




As a Spanish-speaking customer service manager, you will be the main point of contact for our Spanish clients, exclusively in writing.




Your main responsibilities will be:





  • Written multi-channel management: respond to customer requests via chat (instant) and email.

  • Ticket processing: analyze, classify, and resolve incident or complaint tickets in our CRM tool.

  • File tracking: ensure follow-up of complex cases until their complete resolution.

  • Writing quality: Ensure a clear, empathetic, error-free, and personalized response according to the company's charter.

  • Meeting deadlines: Process requests within the established deadlines (SLA) while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
