The main objective of this role is to ensure the technical superiority of our operations. This involves proactive and strategic management of all aspects related to production, quality, safety, and maintenance. The goal will be to develop and optimize methods and tools to guarantee maximum efficiency, flawless regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for the overall performance of strategic production equipment and technical teams, ensuring objectives are met while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Your strategic vision will help anticipate technological changes and ensure long-term competitiveness.

On a daily basis, your responsibilities will revolve around several strategic areas:

• Lead the maintenance function, whether preventive or corrective, to ensure optimal equipment availability and minimize downtime.


• Manage technical budgets, optimize operating and investment costs.


• Implement and ensure strict adherence to quality policies within your scope, by leading continuous improvement initiatives and guaranteeing the compliance of products and processes.


• Participate in the development of the company's technical strategy and its operational deployment.
  Ensure compliance with current regulations and anticipate regulatory changes.


• Supervise, motivate, and develop the skills of the technical teams under your responsibility.


• Develop and deploy robust safety strategies to prevent professional and industrial risks, ensuring the protection of people and property.

To excel in this role, a strong academic background is expected. A degree level of Master's degree (Bac +5) or higher is required, ideally complemented by a specialization in key areas such as Production or Maintenance. This higher education will have provided you with a deep understanding of the technical and managerial challenges specific to our business sector.

The company is looking for an experienced individual with significant experience ranging between 10 and 20 years. This period will have allowed you to develop in-depth expertise in managing technical operations, ideally in similar industrial environments. Proven experience in managing technical teams and leading large-scale projects will be a major asset for success in this role.

Beyond your education and experience, several behavioral and technical skills are essential for success.
