Key Responsibilities
Admissions Campaigns & Outreach
- Assist in the design and execution of annual admissions campaigns in coordination with marketing and academic teams.
- Support outreach initiatives (school visits, fairs, webinars, and digital campaigns).
- Track and report lead generation and engagement metrics.
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all admission communication channels.
Application & Candidate
- Management Manage the admissions lifecycle: Applications, candidate communication, follow-up, and documentation.
- Ensure timely updates and data accuracy within the CRM system (HubSpot, Eudonet).
- Maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the process.
Entrance Exams & Selection Process
- Coordinate entrance exams, interviews, and admissions committees.
- Handle scheduling, logistics, and communication with candidates and evaluators.
- Support evaluation tracking and reporting through ClickUp or equivalent tools.
Enrollment & Scholarship Management
- Oversee pre-enrollment and enrollment processes for admitted students.
- Manage scholarship applications, eligibility tracking, and award communications.
- Coordinate with academic and finance teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
Data Management & Process Improvement
- Contribute to the digital transformation of the admissions process.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track admissions KPIs (conversion, timelines, communication metrics).
- Support the automation of tasks using CRM workflows and AI-assisted tools.
- Identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements for efficiency and candidate experience.
Reporting & Communication
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards for management review.
- Support communication campaigns via CRM (email automation, follow-up sequences, etc.).
- Ensure data consistency, compliance, and confidentiality in all admissions systems.
