Logistics Manager + Customer Follow-up (M/F) | Casablanca (Morocco)

Job :

  • Manage and coordinate all national and international logistics flows.

  • Oversee import and export operations in compliance with current regulations.

  • Prepare, check, and track import-export documents (invoices, B/L, certificates, customs documents).

  • Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics service providers.

  • Ensure customer order follow-up from order placement to final delivery.

  • Inform customers about shipment progress and handle any potential complaints.

  • Optimize logistics costs, deadlines, and performance.

  • Implement tracking indicators and carry out regular reporting.


Required profile :

  • Bachelor's degree / Master's degree (Bac+3 / Bac+5) in logistics, supply chain, international trade, or transport.

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Proficiency in import-export operations and customs procedures.

  • Proven skills in organizing logistics flows and managing priorities.

  • Good interpersonal skills and strong customer focus.

  • Good command of computer tools and logistics ERP systems.

  • Professional English required.
