Our goal is to strengthen our security system with a seasoned professional capable of implementing and maintaining the highest security standards. This involves leading the risk prevention strategy, optimizing surveillance and intervention processes, and ensuring rigorous management of the teams dedicated to security and cleaning. You will be responsible for anticipating potential threats, developing effective action plans to address them, and ensuring compliance with all current regulations. Continuous improvement of security and hygiene performance will be at the heart of your concerns, thus contributing to the excellence of our organization's reputation.




Your main responsibilities will include defining and supervising security policies, complete management of security operations (surveillance, access control, intervention), and coordination of cleaning services to ensure a healthy work environment that meets standards. This also involves conducting regular security audits, analyzing incidents, and implementing corrective measures. You will be the primary point of contact for security and risk management issues, working closely with various departments. Budget management related to your area of operation will also be an integral part of your duties.





  • Develop and deploy risk prevention and management plans.

  • Supervise and coordinate security teams, ensuring their training and motivation.

  • Organize and control the quality of cleaning services.

  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify vulnerabilities.

  • Manage relationships with external providers and competent authorities.

  • Implement performance indicators and monitor their evolution.

  • Ensure regulatory watch in the fields of security and hygiene.



Required profile :

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Strong knowledge of security systems (physical, electronic) and emergency procedures.

  • Proven ability in risk management and vulnerability analysis.

  • Mastery of techniques and standards related to industrial cleaning and hygiene.

  • Excellent organizational, planning, and budget management skills.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders (teams, management, providers, authorities).

  • Rigor, observation skills, and proactivity in problem-solving.

  • Previous experience in the service sector, or in similar roles would be a plus.
