Job mission:
Ensure the growth of turnover and profit margin by supervising prospecting, customer loyalty, debt collection, and brand awareness development operations, while also developing and managing the sales action plan (PAC) with the Sales Force Managers.
Required profile :
Degree level Bac +5 or higher, in commerce, management, or civil engineering, with a strong commercial focus.
Confirmed experience of 10 to 20 years in commercial roles with responsibility, ideally in the BTP / Civil Engineering sector, managing complex client portfolios and achieving ambitious commercial objectives.
