Job :
Contribute to M&A, external growth, and fundraising operations led by ABA Technology by performing research, financial analysis, and producing transaction support materials, under supervision.
Missions:
- Conduct ad hoc industry research (market analysis, competitive positioning, industry dynamics);
- Collect, structure, and analyze financial and operational data;
- Contribute to financial analyses and modeling (business plans, scenarios, sensitivity analyses), based on defined guidelines;
- Participate in the preparation of pitch decks, teasers, and information memorandums;
- Contribute to the creation and organization of data rooms;
- Participate in financial and strategic due diligence work;
- Prepare internal summary notes and analysis materials;
- Contribute to knowledge capitalization and internal tool improvement.
Required profile :
- Bachelor's degree (BAC+4/5) or higher, preferably with a specialization in finance, corporate strategy, management, or accounting;
- First professional experience (or final internship) in investment banking (M&A, Investment Funds, Transaction Services);
- Solid foundation in corporate finance and accounting;
- Excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint;
- Analytical rigor, reliability, sense of confidentiality;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
