Job :
- Ensure the entry, control, and archiving of accounting documents, especially supplier invoices
- Monitor financial commitments and prepare supplier payment statements
- Verify payment history and maintain clear traceability of cash flows
- Monitor daily treasury and bank movements
- Prepare periodic financial statements for management
- Monitor stocks of materials and equipment: enter stock movements, update stock cards, value quantities
- Collaborate with various departments (technical, administrative, commercial) to ensure the reliability of accounting and logistics data
Required profile :
- Bac+2 or Bac+3 diploma in accounting, management, or equivalent
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in a similar role, ideally within a real estate development or construction company
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel (pivot tables, reporting)
- Good knowledge of supplier flow processing and stock management
- Strong sense of organization, rigor, analytical skills, and autonomy
- Discretion, responsiveness, and ability to meet deadlines
