Your scope of work covers the Agadir site, and you will be part of the quality department, reporting to the System Quality Lead and working with the Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement Officer.

Within the strategic guidelines and objectives of the Supplier Quality Assurance department, you will ensure the execution of supplier audits.
Responsibilities:

• Establish the annual program for supplier industrialization and follow-up audits.


• Prepare audit plans and communicate them to suppliers.


• Audit suppliers in accordance with applicable audit standards.


• Write supplier audit reports.


• Distribute audit reports to suppliers and relevant stakeholders.


• Support suppliers in implementing corrective/preventive actions and improvement actions.


• Ensure the follow-up of the implementation and effectiveness of actions taken following supplier audits.


• Consolidate and analyze data related to supplier audit activities.


• Make decisions regarding supplier qualification.


• Consolidate and analyze data related to supplier audit activities.

Quality Management System:

- Ensure compliance with the quality management system and procedures related to the position holder, as well as the occupational health and safety management system.
- Ensure the continuous improvement of the quality and occupational health and safety management system.

CSR:
- Make our activity more resilient and sustainable through better strategic CSR management and good integration of CSR into our business lines.

What if it was you?

You hold a Master's degree in Industrial Performance, Quality Engineering, or Industrial Processes.
You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
You are proficient with Excel and reporting tools.
You can lead workshops, manage projects, summarize information, and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
