As a Test Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of applications delivered within the context of digital transformation. You will coordinate testing activities, define and maintain testing strategies, and lead testing efforts to deliver high-quality, compliant products aligned with user requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Risk Management:

  
  
  • Identify project risks and oversee mitigation plans.
  • Set testing priorities and scope based on project needs.
  • Define testing modalities, prerequisites, and entry/exit criteria.
  • Manage test environments, platforms, and tools.

• Test Planning & Execution:

  
  
  • Organize and lead testing activities, including test design and execution.
  • Evaluate product quality and ensure issues are addressed.
  • Specify testing conditions, procedures, and explore automation opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain automated tests following standards.
  • Execute manual and automated tests, analyze results, and document findings.
  • Generate test reports, defect reports, and qualification summaries.
  • Monitor testing KPIs and software quality metrics.

• Leadership & Continuous Improvement:

  
  
  • Mentor and support Test Engineers.
  • Lead process improvements within the Agile framework.
  • Contribute to testing repositories and best practices.

Must-Have Skills & Certifications:

• Proven experience with Ray, Selenium, Web Services API testing.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Git, and SOAP UI.
• ISTQB certification (mandatory).
• Experience testing enterprise applications in Agile environments.
• Ability to specify and execute manual and automated tests.

Nice-to-Have:

• Knowledge of TCO Mainframe testing.

Candidate Profile:

• Education: Engineering degree, preferably in Computer Science.
• Experience: Proven testing experience within Agile environments.
• Skills: Rigorous, detail-oriented, analytical, excellent communicator, team player, familiar with scripting and automation tools.
• Languages: Fluent in English and French.
