Job :

  • Supervise and coordinate all Front Office operations

  • Ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs, following the establishment's standards

  • Guarantee quality customer welcome and optimal customer experience

  • Manage, lead, and train the reception team

  • Manage schedules, procedures, and performance indicators

  • Master and effectively use the Opera PMS

  • Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently




Required profile :

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in hospitality, ideally in a similar role

  • Mandatory proficiency with the Opera system

  • Excellent customer service and leadership skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities

  • Proficiency in French and English (any other language is a plus)
