Job :
Reporting to the Sales Department, your main mission will be to prospect, negotiate and promote SOREC's sites and spaces. You will also be responsible for commercial and administrative follow-up of the provision of these sites. As such, your main activities will be:
Site Management and Development
Participate in updating data related to spaces and infrastructures, under the coordination of the responsible department.
Identify development opportunities in collaboration with the relevant departments.
Monitor the condition of facilities and transmit needs to technical teams.
Contribution to Commercial Development
Support the identification and qualification of potential prospects.
Facilitate meetings and visits in coordination with internal stakeholders.
Participate in promotional activities, particularly during professional events.
Conduct market analyzes contributing to commercial decisions.
Support for Marketing and Contracting
Prepare commercial materials (offers, quotes, files).
Contribute to negotiations within the framework of approved commercial strategies.
Assist with contracting in close collaboration with the legal and financial teams.
Administrative Support and Reporting
Ensure the administrative management of files related to the provision of spaces.
Support recovery actions, in conjunction with the relevant departments.
Provide regular reporting to enable effective management by the departments involved.
Required profile :
As a potential candidate:
You have a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Management, Business or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of experience, including at least 3 years in the real estate, management and marketing of infrastructure sector.
Required skills:
Marketing, sales and negotiation techniques;
Good legal knowledge, particularly in urban planning law, construction law and commercial law;
Knowledge of the real estate and infrastructure sector;
General knowledge of corporate real estate;
