Main responsibilities:
Supervise compliance with the company's operational standards and procedures.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for HSE.
Raise employee awareness about the importance of their safety and health at work, as well as the risks inherent to their jobs.
Advise and support operational staff in implementing preventive and corrective measures.
Plan and conduct internal safety audits, as well as inspections on construction sites and in production units, producing reports with recommendations for improvement.
Daily identify violations, non-compliance, and risks to personnel health and safety, and inform the managers of the relevant departments and the QSE department.
Participate in the organization of construction sites and workstations, ensuring their compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Verify that regulatory checks (electrical installations, fire-fighting equipment, etc.) are carried out.
Contribute to the development of work permits and verify compliance with their requirements.
Participate in investigations and analyses of incidents (work accidents, medical treatments, environmental incidents) to determine causes and define action plans.
Ensure the holding of monthly Safety Services Committee (SCS) meetings, dissemination of minutes, and follow-up of corrective actions.
Monitor and analyze HSE statistical data and contribute to the identification of corrective and preventive measures.
Plan and deliver internal HSE training.
Perform HSE reporting.
Maintain and improve the company's QSE policy.
Advise and assist management to ensure legal and regulatory compliance in HSE matters.
Advise and assist operational staff in preventing workplace accidents.
Continuously improve the company's HSE culture.
Required profile :
Profile sought:
Hold a Bac+2 or Bachelor's degree in HSE with 2 years of experience
Professional risk analysis at workstations / Environmental analysis
Investigation and analysis of undesirable events.
HSE regulations
Proficiency in computer tools: Excel, PPT, Word.
Reporting.
