Job :
Supervise all construction and finishing work for a real estate and hotel complex in Marrakech:
• Supervise all construction and finishing work for the structures
• Check that the work carried out complies with the project plans and specifications
• Plan and ensure that deadlines are met by the various stakeholders
• Coordinate all service providers and project management
• Assist and participate in the acceptance of work by project management
• Ensure the delivery of goods or structures and handle after-sales service and smooth operation during use
Required profile :
Basic Training:
Associate's degree or professional degree in civil engineering and building construction
Experience:
• 8 years of experience in project management (2 to 3 references in hospitality are required);
• Mastery of construction site and project management techniques in all trades (TCE) (Monitoring, coordination, and supervision of work);
• Mastery of building technical trades (structural work, plumbing, air conditioning, electricity, etc.);
• Mastery of architectural trades (Tiling, false ceilings, dry partitions, etc.);
• Planning;
• Compliance checks and acceptance of work.
Soft skills:

• Sense of communication and contact with all internal and external stakeholders;
