Job :
- Ensure monthly accounting closings for the different entities of the Group's agricultural sector;
- Prepare monthly and annual summary statements (Balance Sheet – Income Statement and accounting file) for the different companies concerned;
- Ensure compliance with Moroccan accounting standards;
- Ensure compliance with current legal, tax, and regulatory obligations;
- Prepare and verify that tax declarations are submitted on time and are compliant;
- Be responsible for the analytical and accounting allocations of different expenses;
- Be responsible for the compliance and reliability of accounting data entered into the information system;
- Analyze and explain the differences between the budget and the actual cash flows;
- Prepare the projected cash flow plan;
- Be responsible for managing, monitoring, and controlling the petty cash funds made available to the different agricultural sites;
- Prepare social declarations (CNSS) for employees of the companies concerned;
- Process payments to suppliers and employees;
- Ensure administrative follow-up
- Ensure follow-up and communication between agricultural farms and headquarters on accounting-related matters, such as validating purchase orders and supplier payments.
- Supervise and ensure that procedures are followed by agents present on the agricultural farms (e.g., purchasing procedures, procedures for requesting funds for different petty cash accounts...)
Required profile :
- Very good knowledge of Moroccan tax law (knowledge of agricultural tax law would be a plus)
- Perfect mastery of accounting, tax, and financial techniques
- Good command of setting up a treasury module
- Good level in Excel and PPT
- Good level in French
- 3-5 years of experience in the agricultural sector or in an accounting firm.
