Job :
Reporting to the Technical Assistance department, your mission is:
- To ensure the management and execution of study projects related to natural resources, environment, soils and water, from the scoping phase to the final delivery,
- To carry out and supervise specialized technical studies (pedological diagnostics, soil analyses, water resource management and valorization, impact studies, etc.),
- To provide technical expertise in “Soils & Water”, ensuring the scientific and methodological quality of the deliverables,
- To coordinate field activities and ensure the interface with various stakeholders (internal teams, partners, institutions, clients),
- To contribute to business development, particularly by supporting the preparation of technical and financial proposals,
- To participate in team management, skills transfer and the development of junior staff.

Required profile :
- Agronomist Engineer diploma or equivalent, with a specialization in pedology, soils and water or similar fields,
- Confirmed professional experience (minimum 5 years) in technical studies related to natural resources, environment or agriculture,
- Solid skills in project management, team coordination and technical report writing,
- Ability to work in a team, organizational skills and good interpersonal skills,
- Mastery of analysis tools and methods related to soils, water and the environment,
- Rigor, autonomy and dynamism,
- Organization, availability, interface management,
- Team spirit.
