Deloitte Extended Services, based in Casablanca, is a 100% subsidiary of Deloitte France and is a fully independent business center. We are currently looking for a scientific profile to strengthen our IT/software division. Within the Corporate Tax division, our "Global Investment & Innovation Incentives" (Gi3) service line consists of over 60 people, about three-quarters of whom have scientific backgrounds (engineers/PhDs) and financial/tax profiles (including lawyers). We offer our clients high-value-added services in the field of public funding: Research Tax Credit (CIR) and grants from French and European agencies. We are currently looking for a scientific profile to strengthen our IT/software division.
Your role
Acting as a scientific consultant, in close collaboration with financial analysts and tax lawyers specializing in the field, your missions will include, among others: • Analyzing our clients' R&D and investment organization and portfolio from a retrospective (CIR) and prospective (grants) point of view; • Identifying projects eligible for the CIR scheme and determining the associated expenses and their valuation in accordance with tax rules; • Carrying out the documentation for CIR justification, particularly the description of selected projects in accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Higher Education and Research (MESRI); • Identifying projects likely to benefit from grants, the most appropriate funding scheme, and carrying out the funding application. To do this, your contacts will be R&D project managers and financial managers of companies of all sizes, operating in various sectors such as software publishing, automotive, energy, aeronautics, defense, and insurance. Our participation in an international network will allow you to access unique methodological expertise in France in this field, ensuring our high-end positioning and strong growth.

Required profile :
Your qualifications
• Graduate of a top engineering school or a recognized university, with a specialization in computer science or with technical expertise in Web domains. • You use DevOps concepts and platforms: Git, GitHub, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD… • You have a strong interest in innovation and new technologies (Artificial intelligence, Deep learning, etc.) • You have 0 to 2 years of consulting experience • You ideally master a programming software like Python • You are recognized for your analytical and synthesis skills and your writing abilities. • Possessing a curious and creative mind, you have a strong taste for human relationships and teamwork. • You will be required to interact with clients from around the world, so a good level of English, both written and spoken, is necessary.
