Job :
As Office Manager, you will be responsible for:
• Ensuring the daily administrative management of the office (mail, official documents, reporting).
• Organizing the schedules, meetings, and travel of the management.
• Managing visitor reception and telephone calls.
• Supervising general services (supplies, logistics, and relations with service providers).
• Ensuring smooth internal communication and relaying information to various stakeholders.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of administrative processes.
• Participating in the organization of internal and external events (meetings, seminars, training).
• Acting as the interface with international contacts, requiring fluent communication in French, English, and Spanish.
Required profile :
• Minimum Bac+4 degree (Executive Assistant, Management, Business Administration, or equivalent).
• Proven experience of 10 to 15 years in a similar role (Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or coordination role with executives).
• Excellent command of office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent French and professional English are essential (oral and written). Knowledge of Spanish would be an asset.
• Organization, rigor, and sense of priority.
• Good interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Discretion, autonomy, and proactivity.
