The Key Account Manager plays a strategic role in the development of major modern distribution chains, contributing directly to sustainable performance, value creation, and the visibility of the Group's brands.
Main missions:
Management and development of key accounts
- Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic clients (hypermarkets, supermarkets, purchasing centers).
- Build lasting and trusting relationships with decision-makers in the chains.
- Negotiate and formalize framework agreements (commercial, logistical, and contractual conditions).
- Ensure personalized account follow-up to maximize performance and customer satisfaction.
Deployment of the commercial strategy
- Implement the Modern Trade commercial strategy in line with volume, value, and profitability objectives.
- Develop and adapt commercial action plans: product launches, promotions, merchandising plans, and in-store activities.
- Ensure excellence in execution at points of sale.
Commercial negotiation
- Negotiate listing conditions, pricing agreements, and promotional schemes.
- Prepare and manage annual negotiations with the chains (trade terms, promotional budgets, in-store agreements).
- Optimize commercial investments to generate profitable growth.
- Performance monitoring and competitive intelligence
- Analyze performance indicators: sales, market share, profitability, DSO, and customer KPIs.
- Monitor market developments and competitor actions.
- Identify opportunities for improvement, innovation, or adaptation of the offering.
Internal collaboration and project management
- Work in close collaboration with supply chain, finance, and trade marketing teams to ensure a high level of service.
- Lead cross-functional projects related to the development of the Modern Trade channel.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of commercial processes.
Required profile :
Profile sought
- Higher education in commerce, marketing, or management.
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in the FMCG sector and the Modern Trade channel.
- Strong negotiation, financial analysis, and performance management skills.
- Strong results orientation, customer focus, and ability to manage strategic issues.
- Analytical mindset, autonomy, rigor, and excellent communication skills.
