Job :
Manpower is looking for one of its clients, a Lighting Designer based in Casablanca.
You will be responsible for the design and implementation of innovative lighting solutions, in close collaboration with the design, architecture, and decoration teams.
Main tasks:
- Design and implement lighting plans adapted to the aesthetic and technical needs of interior design projects.
- Participate in defining lighting solutions by integrating architectural and electrical constraints and current standards.
- Collaborate closely with interior architects, project managers, and installers to ensure project consistency.
- Select and specify light fixtures, LED systems, and control systems that match the space's design concept.
- Perform simulations, photometric calculations, and lighting renderings using specialized software (Dialux, Relux, or equivalent).
- Oversee the installation, adjustments, and commissioning of systems to guarantee the final quality.
Required profile :
- Degree in interior architecture, space design, or equivalent, with a specialization or strong interest in lighting design.
- Proven experience in the lighting field, gained in an architecture/interior architecture firm, engineering office, or with a supplier.
- Must have strong skills in lighting design and calculation software (Dialux, Relux, or similar).
- Excellent knowledge of professional lighting products, technologies, and equipment.
- Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of lighting effects in enhancing an interior space.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of applicable electrical, safety, and energy efficiency standards.
