Moore Casablanca is recruiting to strengthen its teams an Administrative and Financial Manager with proven experience in an accounting firm.





Main responsibilities:





  • Ensure the complete administrative and financial management of the firm.

  • Supervise general, tax, and social accounting.

  • Ensure payroll processing and monitoring of social obligations.

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and monthly/annual financial statements.

  • Implement and monitor internal control procedures and tools.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to optimize administrative and financial management.

  • Ensure compliance with current accounting and tax standards.



Required profile :

  • Higher education in accounting, finance, management, or equivalent.

  • Mandatory experience of more than 5 years in an accounting firm, ideally in administrative and financial management assignments.

  • Good command of payroll processing and social obligations.

  • Excellent organizational skills, rigor, and sense of confidentiality.

  • Autonomy, analytical skills, and ability to manage priorities.
