Assigned to the store's management, your role is to ensure the HR strategy is implemented.
For this, your areas of responsibility are:
- Administration & social affairs
- Training
- Recruitment
- Reporting and activity KPIs
Required profile :
With a Bac+4/5 degree in HR, you have proven experience of over 2 years in which you have developed the following skills:
- Ability to monitor legal updates concerning labor law related to social affairs
- Ability to manage social relations
- Ability to write professional documents
- Ability to facilitate the expression of needs in training and/or recruitment (plan, description, ads) and to analyze needs (training actions, required profiles)
- Ability to manage activity performance (reporting) within its scope and monitor indicators
Customer service orientation, Self-control/Stress and conflict management, Analytical & synthesis skills, Initiative & Responsiveness, and Developing others/Team management; are the assets and key success factors for this position.
