As part of innovative international projects, we are looking for a creative and user-oriented UI Designer, capable of designing high-value interfaces and translating complex concepts into engaging visual experiences.

Research and Design

• Design innovative UI solutions that meet client and user needs.


• Analyze current and future trends in design and technology.


• Conduct market analyses and competitive benchmarking.


• Understand and formalize client and user needs.


• Create mood boards and inspiration materials.


• Participate in co-creation workshops, brainstorming, and project workshops.


• Define and formalize the graphic concept of projects.

Design and Production

• Design modern and intuitive graphic interfaces.


• Develop style guides and clear documentation for technical teams.


• Create 2D/3D graphic assets, icons, color palettes, and visual elements for prototyping and production.


• Ensure graphic consistency throughout the project lifecycle.

Presentation and Client Relations

• Create emotional and impactful presentations to showcase concepts and projects.


• Present graphic proposals to clients clearly and convincingly.


• Be proactive in identifying the best solutions to meet client expectations.

• Excellent command of tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, After Effects, Blender.


• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.


• Strong skills in analysis, user research, and benchmarking.


• Good understanding of the needs of different user profiles.


• Ability to propose solutions adapted to the market and technical constraints.

Languages

• Fluent English is essential (official project language).


• Italian is a plus.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in UI Design or UI/UX Design.


• Experience in the automotive sector is appreciated.
