Presentation of the position and its tasks:

We are looking for an HR intern who wants to take on new challenges and professionalize in sourcing and recruitment, particularly for new technology roles.

In this context, you will be fully involved in the operations:

Updating recruitment databases;
Producing KPIs, conducting surveys and updating our recruiter guide;
Deploying our employer brand policy;
Sourcing and searching for candidates;
Pre-qualification and planning of interviews;
Feeding the candidate pool;
Publishing job ads and managing new joiners on Workday.

You will be trained in our methodologies and will have the opportunity to work with an experienced and dynamic team fully dedicated to supporting you.

Your profile

You are currently pursuing a Master 2 degree specializing in Human Resources.

You are looking for an end-of-studies internship (PFE).

You wish to evolve within a large multinational company.

You are capable of working in a team as well as independently.

You are curious, motivated, and involved.

You have a good sense of organization.

You are proactive and creative.

You master English and French, both spoken and written.
