  • Design, write, and format various communication materials (digital and print).






  • Contribute to the creation and distribution of content across different internal and external channels.






  • Participate in defining and implementing communication actions aligned with the company's strategy.






  • Ensure consistency of messages, image, and tone across all materials.







Employee Experience & Culture






  • Contribute to implementing actions aimed at strengthening engagement, cohesion, and a sense of belonging.






  • Participate in managing projects related to company culture, values, and internal events.






  • Support teams in adopting internal systems and messages.






  • Propose new formats, practices, or tools to foster engagement.







Cross-functional Project Management






  • Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects related to communication, employee experience, or internal transformation.






  • Coordinate various internal and external stakeholders involved in projects.






  • Monitor schedules, priorities, and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.







Events & Internal Actions






  • Participate in organizing and coordinating internal and external events.






  • Contribute to logistical preparation, operational follow-up, and evaluation of actions taken.






  • Use feedback to continuously improve processes.







Monitoring & Continuous Improvement






  • Implement simple indicators to track communication and engagement actions.






  • Analyze feedback and propose areas for improvement.






  • Stay updated on best practices in internal communication and employee engagement.








Required profile :






Education: Master's degree in communication, marketing, or equivalent field.








Experience: Proven experience in communication, project management, and/or cross-functional management roles.








Skills:






  • Excellent writing skills.






  • Proficiency in digital and collaborative communication tools.






  • Ability to structure, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
