The Communication (MarCom) team is looking for two Communication Interns to strengthen our visibility, attractiveness, and engagement efforts around our culture and our jobs.

You will be involved in various responsibilities such as:

• Writing articles, employee spotlights, interviews, testimonials.


• Creating and improving content that highlights our culture, values, and jobs.


• Participating in the employer branding editorial line (tone, formats, angles).


• Creating content for our social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).


• Contributing to recruitment campaigns: posts, videos, newsletters, scripts.


• Supporting the design of visuals with the design team.

This position is offered in a hybrid mode, in Casablanca or Rabat, depending on your mobility and preferences.

• Graduated with a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, HR Communication, or equivalent.


• Excellent writing skills and a strong editorial sense.


• Curious, creative, and comfortable taking initiative.


• Familiar with social media codes and sensitive to employer branding challenges.


• Motivated by the HR world, company culture, and talent development.
