As part of our development, we are recruiting a Sales Manager to lead, structure, and develop the commercial and operational performance of our teams.
Your missions




Reporting to the General Management, you play a key role in defining and deploying the commercial policy. You actively contribute to revenue growth, business profitability, and the optimization of commercial systems, while ensuring team management and performance.





Your main responsibilities





Strategic Management and Commercial Policy
• Contribute to defining the commercial strategy and make recommendations to General Management
• Translate the commercial policy into operational action plans
• Identify growth levers, performance optimization, and profitability improvement
• Conduct competitive intelligence and propose commercial innovation initiatives





Commercial Management and Performance Monitoring
• Define, manage, and monitor quantitative and qualitative commercial objectives
• Analyze commercial and operational performance and implement corrective and preventive action plans
• Design and deploy commercial actions in compliance with current regulations
• Set up, monitor, and analyze dashboards, performance indicators, and reports for Management





Team Management and Supervision
• Manage, lead, and unite sales teams
• Support line managers and teams in achieving objectives
• Develop a culture of performance, quality, and compliance
• Participate in recruitment, training, onboarding, and skills development of employees
 






Required profile :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in commerce, management, or equivalent
• Proven experience in sales management, ideally in the insurance, services, or customer relations sectors
• Demonstrated experience in team management
• Strong skills in telesales, performance management, reporting, and team management
• Strong analytical, structuring, and strategic recommendation skills
• Leadership, rigor, results-oriented, performance-driven, and ability to work closely with General Management
