The main goal of this position is to ensure an exceptional customer experience by providing fast, courteous, and accurate service when distributing fuel. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of the station and for reflecting our company's high standards.
Your responsibilities will include receiving vehicles and positioning them correctly at the pumps, providing attentive and efficient fuel service to customers, and assisting drivers with any information or additional service requests. You will also be responsible for monitoring fuel levels and reporting any issues. Keeping the pumping area tidy, cleaning windshields, and checking oil, water, and tire levels are an integral part of your duties. Additionally, you will rigorously manage cash transactions, ensuring accurate sales accounting and compliance with financial security procedures. You will participate in managing stocks of related products and implementing current promotions.
Required profile :
The ideal path begins with a pre-Baccalaureate qualification. This educational foundation is considered sufficient to handle the responsibilities of the position, provided it is supplemented by a strong desire to learn and adapt to the specifics of the job. The willingness to acquire new skills and develop within our company will be a major asset.
We are looking for someone with experience between 1 and 2 years in a similar role or in a field related to customer service, sales, or assistance. Prior successful experience will allow you to quickly understand the challenges of the position and integrate smoothly into our team, while bringing your fresh perspective and enthusiasm.
