As an end-to-end infrastructure pilot:

• You guarantee commitments: technical solution, resources, and deadlines for implementing client needs.


• You provide client support from the request submission to technical acceptance.


• You manage the request and follow up with the various stakeholders in the process.


• You perform acceptance testing with the client for data flows and manage investigations in case of malfunction until the flow is operational.


• You handle flow requests received via a flow request workflow.


• You analyze requests and advise the client if their need is not yet well-defined.


• You verify the consistency of the request with the infrastructure architecture and security policy.


• You perform flow engineering by defining the path and equipment traversed by the flow (routers, firewalls, Reverse Proxy, LB, VPN).


• You prepare requests by indicating the actions to be taken for the flow to be correctly opened (flows, RP, LB).


• You forward requests to the deployment teams.


• You investigate network and security problems (firewall, load balancer, proxy, routing).


• You validate the configuration of security rules for opening flows on Firewalls (Fortinet Fortigate, Juniper SRX...).


• You validate and verify the configuration on Load Balancers (Radware Alteon...).


• You maintain the knowledge base of processes and flow stakeholders from other Orange entities.


• You are responsible for the roadmap and the continuous improvement loop of open-lists (pre-opened flows in firewalls).


• You capitalize on the projects carried out by evolving project management methodologies if necessary.

Graduate of Bac +5 (Master's degree level) with significant experience in the field of Complex Solutions Architecture and making them understandable.
  • You have a passion for technology and enjoy solving complex problems.
  • You master network protocols TCP / UDP (DHCP, http, DNS, SSH...).
  • You master the components of the following domains: network and security.
  • You are recognized for your communication skills, your ability to work in a team and cross-functionally.
  • You have good interpersonal skills and are able to lead investigation bridge calls.
