SOGEA Maroc is hiring a management controller who will be responsible for coordinating the management control process within SOGEA Maroc and developing the company's provisional budget.

Your missions will be:

* Support and assist business teams in carrying out their budget control by providing advice, training, financial data communication, or other assistance as needed;

* Collect monthly site reports, analyze them, and summarize them as part of budget control.
* Perform relevant control of site accounting statements (VEGA) and reconcile them with agency accounting.
* Perform reconciliations between accounting statements and results from reporting and dashboards.
* Track SOGEA Maroc's established performance indicators and report alerts during account meetings.
* Provide off-balance sheet elements to be integrated into the results for accounting.
* Implement management procedures and tools (such as dashboards and alert indicators) within SOGEA Maroc.
* Anticipate deviations, implement corrective actions, and control that these actions have the desired effect.
* Monitor and verify the correct use of current management tools: PEGASE, VEGA.
* Prepare year-end budget adjustments based on site forecasts.
* Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for the group.

You have a Master's degree (BAC+5) in finance, accounting, or management, and you have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
