Job :
Your responsibilities will be as follows:
- Ensure and manage preventive and corrective maintenance of fleet vehicles (trucks, tankers, etc.) ;
- Organize dispatching, follow-up, and control of various interventions (mechanics, electrical, welding, maintenance…) ;
- Monitor the availability of the transport fleet in real time ;
- Manage purchases of spare parts, tires, and supplies (supplier orders, invoice follow-up and payment) ;
- Define needs for spare parts and tires ;
- Prepare purchase requisitions and purchase orders ;
- Supervise and manage workshop staff (attendance, evaluations, recruitment, leave, etc.) ;
- Monitor and analyze vehicle maintenance performance indicators.
Required profile :
- Hold a technical Baccalaureate (high school diploma) preferably, supplemented by a Bac+3 to Bac+5 degree (Bachelor's to Master's) in Mechanics.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role or in maintenance management in a petroleum facility.
