You will work as part of a team composed of several developers and a project manager responsible for developing updates and ensuring the maintenance of applications used internally by Orange. This is an Agile team.

You will be involved in a dynamic context related to development professions.

As a developer:

• Proposal of updates / Cost estimation / Development.


• Analysis of needs, cost estimation, and implementation of updates.


• Design and deployment of efficient and scalable software architectures: technology choices, definition of standards and best practices.


• Coaching and support of technical teams: recruitment, definition and monitoring of objectives.


• Collaboration with stakeholders: coordination with the Product Owner, technical teams, and clients.


• Adoption and promotion of DevOps practices to optimize integration and deployment.


• Advanced management of Git branches: creation, merging, and conflict resolution.


• Code review and continuous improvement: implementation of validation processes and best practices to ensure code quality.


• Resolution of complex technical problems: identification of root causes and deployment of appropriate solutions.


• Supervision of development, testing, and production environments: configuration, maintenance, and optimization.
   

With a Master's degree (engineering school or university equivalent), you have significant experience of 3 years or more in the analysis, design, development, integration, and deployment of applications in PHP.

Required Skills:

• Very good command of object-oriented development: PHP, MySQL, Gitlab CI, Docker


• Back-end and front-end development


• Proficiency in GIT configuration management tools
