Within the Human Resources Department, the Recruitment Officer plays a key role in supporting production teams by meeting their recruitment needs in a context of high volume of new hires.
A true partner to operational managers, you will be responsible for achieving recruitment goals in compliance with the group's procedures and HR policy. You will also contribute to the quality of onboarding and HR follow-up of employees.
Your main tasks:
- Recruitment (central mission of the position)
- Collect and analyze recruitment needs from production departments
- Manage the entire recruitment process: writing and posting job ads, screening applications, phone and/or in-person interviews
- Lead high-volume recruitment campaigns
- Monitor recruitment progress with managers and ensure integration deadlines are met
- Onboarding and HR follow-up
- Ensure the smooth onboarding of new employees
- Oversee the HR follow-up of recruited employees (probationary periods, training, discussions with managers)
- Staff administration (related to recruitment)
- Participate in administrative tasks related to new employees joining the company (contractual documents, legal procedures, training tracking...)
Required profile :
- Higher education in Human Resources
- You are dynamic, organized, and results-oriented
