National Strategy and Development:
Develop and implement the strategy for the development of concrete admixtures in Morocco.
Define commercial objectives, budgets, and annual action plans.
Establish the pricing, distribution, and product positioning policy.
Manage the overall performance of the activity (revenue, margins, market share).
Commercial Development and Key Accounts:
Prospect and develop relationships with concrete plants, construction companies, developers, and infrastructure project stakeholders.
Identify, structure, and secure strategic accounts and major projects.
Conduct high-level commercial negotiations and close significant contracts.
Team Management and Structuring:
Recruit, train, and manage sales and technical teams.
Set individual and collective objectives and monitor performance.
Develop local skills and foster a results-oriented culture and operational excellence.
Technical Support and Solutions (Decision-making Level):
Work closely with technical teams to offer solutions tailored to customer needs.
Participate in strategic technical discussions with key clients and partners.
Group Coordination and Compliance:
Ensure smooth communication with headquarters (products, supply chain, finance, legal).
Ensure compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and local regulations.
Required profile :
Profile Sought:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or equivalent field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in concrete admixtures or construction materials.
- At least 3 years in a national, regional, or equivalent management position.
- Experience in Morocco or North Africa is highly appreciated.
- Solid knowledge of concrete admixtures (plasticizers, superplasticizers, retarders, accelerators, etc.).
- Excellent understanding of the concrete ecosystem (plants, companies, engineering firms).
- Demonstrated ability to launch and develop a business from scratch.
- Leadership, strategic thinking, and strong results orientation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent French (mandatory).
- Professional English required.
- Availability for frequent national travel.
