As part of the expansion of our call center, we are hiring an experienced Production Manager, with proven expertise in outbound calls for renewable energy (qualification of photovoltaic panel leads).

As part of your duties, you will be responsible for:

• Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of production teams to ensure adherence to schedules and objectives.


• Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing corrective or continuous improvement action plans.


• Leading, motivating, and supporting operational teams in achieving their individual and collective goals.


• Ensuring the quality of service delivered to customers by implementing rigorous control and monitoring procedures.


• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and proposing innovative solutions to increase operational efficiency.


• Ensuring human resource management within your teams, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.


• Collaborating closely with other company departments to ensure overall synergy and coherence of operations.
