Context of the position





As part of the development of our high-value-added event activities, we are recruiting an Event Project Manager to lead complex institutional projects, within the framework of public contracts, national and international tenders, and strategically important events.





Main tasks

Strategic project management





Define the overall strategy for event projects in line with institutional objectives and the requirements of specifications





Ensure the complete management of projects, from responding to the call for tenders to final delivery





Be responsible for quality, deadlines, costs, and regulatory compliance





Tenders & public contracts





Manage the preparation and structuring of responses to calls for tenders (technical, financial, administrative)





Analyze special conditions specifications (CPS) and ensure strict compliance with procedures





Coordinate internal (creative, production, logistics, finance) and external contributions





Operational management & event production





Supervise the design, production, and implementation of institutional events (forums, conferences, summits, inaugurations, protocol events)





Manage suppliers (technical, scenography, audiovisual, catering, security, transport, etc.)





Manage project budgets, supplier negotiations, and financial monitoring





Management & coordination





Supervise and develop the skills of project managers and operational teams





Establish rigorous working methods adapted to a demanding environment





Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders





International & institutional dimension





Manage projects involving international partners, public institutions, embassies, international organizations





Take into account protocol, representation, and institutional communication issues





Ensure professional exchanges in French and English





Candidate profile

Education & experience





Bachelor's degree or equivalent (4/5 years of higher education) in communication, event management, project management, or equivalent





Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in event management, including significant experience in institutional and public contract settings





Proven experience in managing tenders and complex, high-budget projects





International project experience is highly valued

Excellent mastery of event project management





Very good knowledge of public procurement procedures





Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in constrained environments





Strong budgetary and contractual skills





Natural leadership, organizational skills, and decision-making ability

Fluent French
