Main Mission




The Artistic Director is responsible for the creative vision, artistic consistency, and visual and conceptual quality of all the agency's communication and event projects.
He/she supports the consulting, project, and production teams in designing innovative, impactful creative solutions aligned with the clients' strategic objectives.




Main Missions
Creative Strategy & Artistic Direction




Define and lead the agency's overall artistic vision




Design strong creative concepts for communication and event projects (institutional, corporate, brands, tenders)




Translate client briefs into visual, narrative, and scenographic universes




Ensure creative consistency across all media (print, digital, scenography, event branding)




Design & Production




Supervise the creation of:




visual identities,




graphic guidelines,




communication materials (presentations, videos, digital content),




scenographic designs and event experiences




Approve creative deliverables before distribution or production




Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, set designers, and technical and creative suppliers




Tenders & Competitions




Actively participate in responding to tenders (concept, storytelling, graphic universe)




Contribute to the agency's creative differentiation in competitions




Present and defend creative concepts to clients and partners




Management & Coordination




Manage, lead, and develop the skills of internal and external creative teams




Ensure continuous creative, artistic, and technological monitoring




Be proactive in proposing new trends in communication and events




Profile Sought
Education




Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in graphic design, artistic direction, visual communication, applied arts, or equivalent




Experience




Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in artistic direction




Proven experience in a communication and/or event agency




Strong experience with institutional, corporate, or international projects is a plus




Key Skills




Excellent command of creative concepts and storytelling




Solid graphic, artistic, and event culture




Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with rigor and creativity




Proficiency in creative tools (Adobe Suite, presentation tools, etc.)




Ease in presenting and defending concepts to demanding clients

Ideal Candidate – Artistic Director (M/F)




The ideal candidate is a seasoned creative leader, capable of combining artistic vision, strategic rigor, and operational excellence, thriving in an agency, institutional, and event environment.




Profile




Higher education in artistic direction, graphic design, visual communication, or applied arts




Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in a communication and/or event agency




Solid experience in institutional, corporate projects, and tenders




Experience with international projects is a plus




Expertise & Know-how




Ability to design strong and differentiating creative concepts




Mastery of storytelling, visual universes, and event scenography




Excellent understanding of strategic and brand challenges




Proficiency in graphic design and presentation tools




Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines
